In this here today world, people have become so benevolent that they’ve decided to do away with the ‘concept of one true Love for life’ altogether, and chosen instead to spread their Love far and wide by trying to give their ‘affections’ to as many people as possible. And so, breaking up has become a part and parcel of daily life. Let’s have a look at some of the kindest break-up lines that get the work done while actually making the dumped feel great about themselves, and leave the dumpers free as bulls.
1. “I think you deserve someone better.”
I am such a failure in Life and have extremely low self-esteem. I’m ugly, overweight, balding, and don’t even earn well. What are you doing with a jerk like me when you could have anybody in the world? You’re such a wonderful person.
But obviously not wonderful enough for me! Back off and let me go find someone else. I deserve better, you see. You are kinda boring. Not what I want.
2.“It’s not you, it’s me.”
I’m just not cut out for relationships. I think it’s unfair to you if I keep holding you back and not put my all into the relationship. Yeah, my Parents ruined me. I have Daddy Issues, Mommy Issues, Sister Issues, and also I sleep with my socks on.
What I actually want to say is it’s not you but me who wants someone else. It’s unfortunate. Sorry. There’s no better way to put it, but I’m leaving. Try to forget me ASAP.
3. “We both want different things from Life.”
I think your dreams are very big as compared to mine, and I don’t want to be a chain tied to your feet, pulling you back. What about me? I’ll live my life simply with my simple dreams. Whereas you, baby, you, wooh boy, you are destined for greater things.
You want me. I don’t want you. I want someone other than you. End of story. GTFO!

4. “You Love me way too much. You are too good for me.”
You are positively beatific. I, on the other hand, am devil incarnate. I don’t deserve someone as good as you. I should be happy with any scum of the Earth that be given me. You should find someone as saintly as you.
I’m not putting any efforts into the relationship and you are putting way too much. Whoa, wait! Wasn’t this just a fling? Umm?
5. “I am not ready for a relationship.”
It’s all my fault! I have ruined everything for you! I should never have gotten into a relationship if I wasn’t sure of my feelings. Goddamit! But I really can’t do this because I haven’t got the time for a relationships right now. And a relationship really is a time-consuming job, you now?
You’ve bored me out of my wits! I can’t possibly be expected to put in effort into the relationship!
