“Are you yet a part of the 100 happy days’ gang?” “Have you over flooded your Instagram account with selfies, food pictures and random things?”
If you have, then you are doing social media right. I, myself am a part of this trend and I follow it every day. Some people are really skeptical about it and have just one bottom-line question, “do you really need such kind of a trend to find happiness?” Well, we don’t need this trend, but since it has come our way, why not grab the chance of finding a reason to be happy everyday for a period of 100 days. As I write, I am already on my 52nd day.

Honestly it started off as a challenge, where everyone was like, they have to finish the challenge and they shouldn’t miss out on any day. But as days pass by, the motive is no more the only thing that makes you do it. There is this urge that is created within, which just makes you want to be happy or do something that will make you happy. My motive here isn’t to convince you to join the 100 happy days challenge but I just want to let it across to all of you who think it’s just another social-networking buzz that everyone follows, that it is no more about the challenge. It’s now about the way you find reasons to be happy and make it a happy day. Each new day is another chance to change your life by beginning with doing something new or rectifying something in the past.
If you don’t want to be a part of the challenge and still get intrigued by what people can do to find a happy day, try searching “#100HappyDays” on Twitter and Instagram and you'll be left with a bit of amazement. Well let me warn you though, gazillion pictures will just be some great food, leading to foodgasms and cravings, and also you might find crazy number of selfies.
I am pretty sure there are still loads of people who just still find it pointless, to them, I have nothing to say except, “be my happy day?”

And for those who are on it currently, I don't know if you will be happier at the end of the 100th days, but I sure do know that you will have 100 great memories to stack on those other piles of memories!
